I am a certified Yoga Instructor, with over 6 years experience. I teach chair yoga classes online, and in person. I am passionate about helping people connect to their bodies and explore their inner awareness.

My teachings are organic, inspired by my Life Power YTT trainings, and my personal practices. I encourage clients to cultivate self-awareness to find their own path to peace and wellness.
